June Cha earned her J.D. degree from Handong International Law School in Pohang, South Korea and is a member of the Tennessee State Bar. She joined Just Law in 2006. She is fluent in Korean and currently handles employment-based Immigrant and non immigrant visa matters.
Since her law school, she has been a member of Legal Associate for North Korean Human Rights and Development (LANK) and involves herself with International Human Rights law issues. After graduating from her law school, she interned at the legal department of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
She is also associated with Korean War Abductees Research Institute (a non-governmental organization that researches civilians who were abducted by North Korea during the Korean War) and Jubilee Campaign USA (a non-governmental organization that focuses on helping individuals and groups who face persecution on account of their faith).
